What size van do I need for my group?
Up to 9 people with luggage: the 9 passenger Sprinter. 10 to 12: the 12 passenger. 13 to 15: the 15 passenger. Groups near a threshold carrying heavy suitcases should size up, because the rear luggage bay shrinks as seating rows are added.
How far in advance should I book for an event?
For Coachella, Super Bowl LXI weekend and spring break, months rather than weeks. Van fleets are a fixed size, so when they are gone there is no surge supply the way there is with hotels.
Can I take a rental van out of state?
Yes, anywhere in the United States. Las Vegas, Palm Springs and Lake Tahoe trips are all fine and there is no mileage radius — 300 miles per day is included wherever you go. The vans may not be taken into Mexico or Canada.
