Wedding transport fails in the gaps — the hotel-to-venue run, the late-night return, the guests who shouldn't drive. One Sprinter covers all three, self-drive or with a professional driver so nobody in the wedding party has to stay sober to drive.
Hotel to venue shuttles
Twelve to fifteen guests per trip, and nobody hunting for parking at the venue. Drive it yourself, hand it to a friend, or add one of our professional drivers.
The late-night return
The part people forget. One van and one sober driver beats a dozen rideshares at 1am in a place with no coverage.

Allow about 45 minutes per loop including loading. If the venue is more than 20 minutes from the hotel, two vans is usually less stressful than two trips.

How much does a wedding shuttle van cost in Los Angeles?
From $250 per day for a 9, 12 or 15 passenger Sprinter, including 300 miles per day. A single van usually covers a whole wedding day of hotel-to-venue loops. Rates effective 19 July 2026.
Do you provide a driver for weddings?
Yes, if you want one. A professional driver is available as an optional service for weddings, and it is the option most couples end up preferring — nobody in the wedding party has to stay sober to drive or park the van. You can also drive it yourself or nominate someone; any driver you supply must be 25 or older and named on the rental agreement.
How many vans do I need for my guests?
A 15 passenger Sprinter moves fifteen guests per loop and a loop takes roughly 45 minutes including loading. Up to thirty guests can work with one van across two loops if the schedule allows; beyond that, two vans is usually calmer.
Can we rent for the whole wedding weekend?
Yes, and it is usually the better value. Weekly and multi-day rates bring the daily figure down, and having the van from Friday covers the rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch as well as the wedding itself.
Can we also rent a classic car for the couple?
Yes. Our sister brand Legends Car Rentals rents classic and exotic cars from the same Inglewood lot, so the couple can take a classic while the guests travel in the Sprinter.
